As you make your way towards the cathedral, a square lake beckons your attention. Positioned in the middle of the lake is a small island graced by the presence of a statue of Jesus Christ. Prepare to be captivated by Phuong Dinh, an eye-catching monument adorned with intricate stone carvings adorning its walls. This architectural marvel stands tall at 25 meters high, 17 meters wide, and 24 meters long, boasting three stories.
