After the war was won, Ngoc Hoang expected the dragon mother and her children to return to heaven, but to his surprise, they decided to stay.
To retrieve them, Ngoc Hoang sent two chickens on a mission to convince the dragons to come back. However, fate had different plans. As the chickens soared above the magnificent Halong Bay, they were mesmerized by its breathtaking beauty. Love bloomed between the two birds, causing them to forget their purpose and remain forever in Halong Bay. Over time, they transformed into stone, forever frozen in their loving embrace.
