There are two popular ways to experience the wonders of Sung Sot Cave:

Option 1: Rent a Canoe

For those short on time but longing to witness the beauty of Sung Sot Cave, renting a canoe is the ideal choice. High-speed canoes, available at Tuan Chau and Hon Gai Pier, provide swift and convenient access to the cave. Prices typically range from US$50 per hour for a 4-to-8-seat canoe, ensuring an intimate and memorable adventure.

Option 2: Embark on a Day Boat Tour

For a more immersive and budget-friendly exploration, consider joining a 6-hour day boat tour. Sung Sot Cave is part of this route, which includes visits to other captivating destinations, such as Soi Sim Island, Titop Island, Bo Nau Cave, and more. Enjoy a variety of activities, including cave exploration, swimming, boat sailing, and kayaking.

Ticket prices for the day boat tour, available at Tuan Chau International Port, range from VND 640,000 to VND 740,000 per person. Please note that additional fees may apply for boat rentals and lunch.

While locals prefer to explore Halong Bay between April and October, winter, from October to December, attracts a significant number of international visitors. During this season, the humidity is low, and the weather is dry, ensuring comfortable and enjoyable outings.
